Aloo Ke Gutke
Aloo Ke Gutke is the most famous dish in Mussoorie and can be easily found in any traditional restaurant or dhaba. These are made up of boiled potatoes, Cumin, Red Chilly Powder, Coriander and other spices and can be served with chapati/roti.
Kafuli/Kapaa
Kafuli or Kapaa is a kind of famous green chutney in Uttarakhand which is made up of Green Spinach Leaves, Fenugreek Leaves, Buttermilk, and spices. It can be served with deep-fried snacks or traditional food.
Bal Mithai
Bal Mithai is a traditional sweet dish of Uttarakhand that looks like brown chocolate and is made up of roasting khoya. It is coated with Sugar Syrup and Sugar Balls around the khoya. It is mostly famous in the Almora region of Uttarakhand but can be easily found in Mussoorie sweet shops.
Garhwali Raita

Gulgula is a sweet dish which is made up of Jaggery, Wheat Flour, and Fennel Seeds. Gulgula sometimes look like Gulab Jamun but don’t get confused these are two different dishes. This can be found in a sweet shop.
Tibetan Thukpa

Bhatt Ki Churkani
Bhatt Ki Churkani is a unique dish of Uttarakhand and is not that easily available. It is made up of Black Soybean, Turmeric, Cumin, and Garlic Paste. It can be served with Roti and Rice.
